1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account at a9today and meets all eligibility requirements.

• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account on a9today at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirement.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own unless you have promptly reported an account compromise to us. a9today recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Report any suspicious account activity to the a9today support team immediately

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a9today at any time. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of our terms of use. If a9today detects that a user holds more than one account, a9today reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold all account balances pending investigation, and void all winnings and bonuses credited to those accounts.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the a9today platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). a9today does not accept any foreign currency and will not process any transaction in a currency other than RM.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your a9today account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take up to 1 business day, depending on the receiving bank's policy
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method or bank account registered under the same user's name
• A9today reserves the right to request additional identity verification for withdrawals above a certain amount
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the a9today platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, which can be found in the platform's help section. The general rules that apply to all bets are as follows:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when the a9today system issues a bet confirmation to the user. a9today reserves the right to decline or void any bet for the following reasons:

5.2 Bet Settlement

For football, results are based on full-time play (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless a specific market states otherwise.

In cases where a match or sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed under the specified conditions, a9today will follow the standard settlement policy for the relevant sport or league. Affected bets may be voided and returned to the user depending on the circumstances.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illicit financial purpose
• Sharing accounts or using another person's account
• Syndicate betting or wagering on behalf of a group with the intent to exploit the system
• Spreading false or misleading information about the a9today platform

8Account Suspension & Closure

A9today reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause. Grounds for account closure include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
• Activity showing signs of fraud or money laundering
• Multiple Account Ownership
• User-initiated self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling reasons

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, a9today reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If a serious breach is confirmed, a9today reserves the right to permanently withhold the relevant funds. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons unrelated to a violation may claim their remaining balance through the established process.

9Liability Limit

A9today shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by a user arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned technical maintenance
• Bet outcomes that do not meet the user's expectations
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the user
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in maintaining account security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties, including banks and e-wallet providers

A9today's maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Amendments to Terms & Conditions

A9today reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a9today will:
