Multiple layers of protection to keep your account secure at all times
All data transmitted during login — including your password — is fully encrypted using the same SSL 256-bit standard adopted by Malaysian banks.
Enable 2FA for an extra layer of protection. Every login from a new device requires an OTP code sent to your Malaysian phone number.
The a9today system automatically monitors login patterns. Any login attempt from an unrecognised location or device will trigger additional verification.
For added security, inactive login sessions will be terminated automatically after a set period — particularly useful when you are using a shared device.
Don't panic. Resetting your a9today account password is a quick and straightforward process. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link next to the password field to begin the recovery process.
Enter the Malaysian phone number you used when registering your a9today account. Make sure you still have access to that number.
A six-digit verification code (OTP) will be sent to your phone number within seconds. This code is valid for 5 minutes only, so enter it promptly.
Once your OTP is verified, you can set a strong new password. Make sure it differs from your previous password and is not used on any other platform.
Use your new password to log in to your a9today account. We recommend enabling 2FA immediately after for added security.
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, please contact the a9today support team via Live Chat. We will guide you through the account recovery process, which involves additional identity verification to ensure your account remains secure.
Protect your a9today account from threats by building good security habits from day one.
Important Reminder: a9today is not responsible for any losses arising from shared accounts or login credentials disclosed to third parties. Keep your login information secure and never share your password with anyone, including a9today support staff.
