Who We Are
A9today was built from the ground up with one goal — to give Malaysians a safe, fair, and genuinely easy-to-use online betting experience. From the Malaysia Super League to the EPL, from football to live roulette, we're here for you every single day.
With over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia, a9today has become the go-to choice for online sports betting and casino gaming.
A9today began with a simple observation – many Malaysians who enjoy Sports Betting didn't have a platform truly built for them. Most platforms available at the time were either fully in English, didn't support local payment methods, or had customer support that took hours to respond. The experience was far from ideal, and we knew it could be done better.
Since launching in 2019, a9today has grown from a small platform into one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online betting industry. This growth didn't happen by chance – it's the result of a consistent commitment to listening to user feedback, improving the product, and ensuring every aspect of the service genuinely meets the needs of Malaysian players.
Today, a9today covers over 50 sports leagues from around the world, ranging from the Malaysia Super League — closest to the hearts of local fans — all the way to the UEFA Champions League and IPL, watched by millions. Beyond sports, a9today's live casino platform offers roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and slots with live dealers streaming from certified studios. All of this is accessible via mobile app or web browser from anywhere in Malaysia.
A9today's mission is straightforward: make safe, fair and enjoyable online betting accessible to all Malaysians aged 18 and above. We believe every player deserves competitive odds, fast and hassle-free deposits and withdrawals, and responsive support in a language they fully understand.
A9today's long-term vision is to remain the most trusted betting platform in the region — not through empty promises, but through a consistent track record and a product that keeps getting better. We invest in technology, security, and our people because we understand that user trust is the most valuable asset any online platform can have.
A fair question to ask. In an increasingly crowded market full of betting platforms, why choose a9today? The answer comes down to a few things we believe truly matter to Malaysian players.
First and foremost, we have a deep understanding of the local context. When a JDT match kicks off at 8.45 PM and thousands of users are on the platform simultaneously, it needs to stay fast and stable. When a user wants to make a deposit at midnight after watching the EPL, Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay has to work smoothly without a hitch. These are things we treat as baseline expectations, not added extras.
Second, fair odds are a principle we hold firm. a9today never adjusts odds once a bet is confirmed. What you see when you click is what you get – no unpleasant surprises after the match. Winnings verification is automated and transparent, with payouts credited within the stipulated timeframe and no arbitrary delays.
Third, data security is a responsibility we take extremely seriously. All transactions and personal information on a9today are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption – the same security standard used by major financial institutions. We do not sell or share user data with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
All accounts are protected by two-factor authentication (2FA). Personal data and financial transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. a9today does not disclose user information to any external party. For full details, read the Privacy Policy us.
We believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or hardship. a9today invests in a comprehensive responsible gaming programme because we understand that a truly good betting platform goes beyond offering odds and markets — it also has a duty to look after the wellbeing of its users.
Among the responsible gaming features a9today offers are daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that users can set themselves. There is also a temporary break feature that lets users suspend access to their account for a period of their choosing, from 24 hours to several months. Users who need further support can reach our team, which is trained in responsible gaming matters. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming us.
One of the things a9today users praise most is the ease of payment. We support all major payment methods used by Malaysians every day – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM 30 and funds are credited within minutes. Winnings withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to your e-wallet or bank account.
We also understand that some users prefer traditional internet banking, while others favour e-wallets accessible straight from their phones. By supporting all these methods simultaneously, a9today ensures no player is left out simply because their preferred payment option isn't available. This is part of our commitment to being truly user-friendly for Malaysians.
